The SMEQ-1 is a versatile audio equalizer and interface designed specifically for use with ETS SM1 series microphones. It can also be connected between an SM1 series microphone and any ETS base station.
Enhanced Audio Control
The SMEQ-1 provides +/-12dB sound emphasis or de-emphasis across seven ranges of frequencies, ranging from 60Hz to 15kHz. This allows users to effectively tune out unwanted background noise and emphasize the desired sound source. It is particularly useful in acoustically challenging environments such as interrogation or interview rooms.
Flexible Usage Options
The SMEQ-1 interface box is designed to be used as a standalone DVR or IP camera interface. It can also be used “in line” with any ETS base station. When used as a DVR or IP camera interface, simply use the supplied AC adapter. However, when the SMEQ-1 is used with an ETS base station, the AC adapter is not required as it draws power directly from the base station.

For added convenience, the SMEQ-1 offers optional add-ons such as -3.5mm or -FL (flying leads) to P/N for alternate output cables.
