PoE++ Powered 1G IP Device Kill Switch
Description
The EDKS-1GEA is a PoE++ powered device designed to locally interrupt power and streaming of data from a PoE++ IP camera or other PoE++ IP device. It supports both modes or 802.3af and 10/100/100 data rates. The EDKS-1GEA is placed in-line with the device’s CAT5/6 Ethernet cable. The EDKS-1GEA is designed to be used with our RRSG rocker switch plate or RKSG key switch plate. When the switch is in the ‘on’ position, the LED on the RxGP is lit and the IP camera is connected to the Network switch. When the switch is placed in the ‘off’ position, the camera is disconnected. The RxSG switch connects to the EDKS-1GEA via a user supplied 3 conductor cable.
